Definitions

• Service(s): Refers to the web hosting services, domain registration, cloud solutions, and other products offered by Awan Hosting.
• User/Customer: Any individual or entity that registers for or uses our Services.
• Subscription: The period during which the User has paid for and can access the Service(s).
• Backup: Refers to a copy of the User's data hosted on Awan Hosting's servers, made for recovery purposes.
• Affiliate Program: A referral-based marketing program run by Awan Hosting where participants can earn commissions.

Awan Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and additional related products. These Services are delivered via the internet, allowing customers to host websites, manage domains, and store data. The features and pricing for each service are available on our website.

Activation and Subscription

Scope of Services

Upon successful payment, your subscription to the selected hosting or service plan will be activated. You will receive an email confirmation with login details to access your hosting control panel. The setup is generally immediate, but some services may require manual activation and can take up to 24 hours.

Subscription

Each service plan is offered on a subscription basis, which can be monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated. The subscription grants you access to the purchased service for the duration of the billing cycle.

Subscription Renewal

Renewal

Users can extend your subscription at any time by making a renewal payment before the current subscription period expires. Extensions will begin immediately after the expiration of the current period.

Upgrade

Users may upgrade your hosting or service plan during your subscription. Any additional fees for the upgrade will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Upgrading typically results in immediate access to enhanced resources and features.

Downgrade

Downgrades are only allowed at the end of the current subscription period. You will need to request a downgrade at least 14 days before the renewal date. Please note that downgrading may result in a reduction in features or resources.

Data Backup and Restore

Data Backup

While Awan Hosting offers automatic backups, it is your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your own data. Our backups are performed periodically, but we do not guarantee that they will be up to date or accessible at all times.

Data Restore

In the event of data loss or server malfunction, we may attempt to restore your data from our backups. However, Awan Hosting will not be held liable for any loss of data, and we cannot guarantee the completeness or success of any data recovery.

Warranty

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, performance, or reliability. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Violations

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Hosting illegal or harmful content, including but not limited to child exploitation, copyrighted material without authorization, or malicious software.
• Using our servers for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Overloading our infrastructure with activities like DDoS attacks or resource abuse.

Awan Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if any of these violations are detected.

Force Majeure

Awan Hosting will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, governmental actions, or any other events considered as force majeure.

In such cases, Awan Hosting will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.

Affiliate Program

Eligibility

Our Affiliate Program is open to anyone who wishes to participate, provided they comply with all legal requirements and promote our services ethically. Affiliates must register and agree to our affiliate terms, which are outlined separately.

Commissions

Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure is detailed on the Affiliate Program page. Commissions are subject to a [Number of Days] hold period to account for potential refunds.

Payouts
